What won’t the pandemic change about travel?

Restrictions in many places around the world have begun to loosen and travel at least begins to look possible again. In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic will things ever go back to normal? Or should we prepare for a kind of new normal?

After the travel bans, border closures, and near-absence of travel the travel industry is in pieces. How is travel going to change in the post- pandemic world? Some changes will be immediate, some may be temporary and others long-lasting.
